The Promoters of the company are one of the best people to work with as they understand the business, give full power & responsibilities to the teams & Top management to perform. However this also sometimes results in selection of incompetent Top Management, which results in wrong strategy and their early departure (refer below for details)

Dislikes

Frequent Top management changes resulting impacting strategic direction of the company, taking big decisions like outsourcing without having a backup plan in times of COVID resulting in unstable operations and high risk of incompetence, etc.
