timings were 10 - 7 and sometimes rotating shifts. Career growth is slow.Lots of politics within the team.Salary and appraisal were good. Work life bal was fine initially later they increased work pressure a lot.

Had worked with this company for around 3 yrs.HAd done my best to deliver the targets however when they got to know i am pregnant they tried all the best to chuck me out of the company. In my 3 months of pregnancy not a single day they allowed me to live in peace.I stayed in borivali and my work place was kandivali , they stated forcing me to travel to andheri , when i denied they asked me to put down my papers . they couldn't tell me directly to leave as it is against the law so they started finding loop holes in my work by insisting to stay back after my shift timings and increasing the targets. Teammates were always jealous of my package. They felt been a cse how one can earn more than a manager....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
