The worst company I have ever seen. Unprofessional seniors and HR. Poor work-life balance. Despite claiming to have a 5-day workweek and 9-hour working days, they just want you glued to the chair and system. No one listens to juniors, and they are made to feel worthless. I don’t understand their so-called "security money deduction policy," which they use instead of PF. It never felt like I was working in an IT company.
