Yah I like very much in site that is senior engineer moves closely and I learning from him more knowledge about structures and brick work and plastering.how to solve or face a problem in structure or architecture work.

Dislikes

There is no pressure between seniors and juniors.they move with us closely and giving answers as what I am asked about work.as a fresher first joining learning more knowledge.

As a junior engineer I completed a g+2 building from footings and also completed g+8 hostel building from 2 nd Alan onwards.In the work I really enjoyed the work and gaining more experience to face a problem and how to solve it
