Till 2016 this company was good for their employee.. Later due to mismanagement of some higher level management personnel it lost its reputation and later they started layoff of their expat employees.

Mismanagement of some higher level management personnel and blindly trusting some higher level management personnel by the owner of the company. During layoffs the company is not having any seperate strategy to retain the efficient employees.
