Working in OTE is very good experience ,you can gain a good knowledge about the gulf market.

Dislike is with the management, not with the company, all the decisions are made by HODS not by HR, career growth is very poor, you can’t even imagine for the next level unless your HOD decide, politics are more in the company, they need to change that and they have to give a growth for the base peoples, and salary is very poor comparing with other companies

Seriously I am totally bored with the job what they gave me, I was doing the same job for eight years there is no improvement in the job, I tried and I fought with the management to change my portfolio, they didn’t do that,

There is no much disturbance after working hours or weekends, which ensures, there’s enough time for family life also

There’s no “Say” in any matters at whatever level you may be as an expat , except GM & MD. Expats who are in frontline sales, will receive only shouting from GM’s, without any guidelines.

There’s no professionalism. It operates purely like any Indian “Banya shop”, where only GM speaks, shouts without any guidance & others have no say even if you are an Asst. General Manager

Seeing from outside looking good.. there is no proper work culture in some division. Unnecessarily giving pressure to mid level staffs.. Top management knows the fact but middle management giving pressure without any proper process and system. Lot of employees Left
