Its kinda trap of negativity, bad work culture, you feel demotivated , lead to decrease morale, Toxic managers make you feel undervalued, resulting in increased stress and burnout. Low salary, zero Growth Opportunities Work timings are also horrible Alternative names of companies are used to hire candidate in om careers, These manipulation tricks
