No work-life Balance. No leaves provided, even the promised leaves are cancelled. The manager will give unrealistic pressure and threaten to remove from job daily. 12 hours working everyday and even though the manager will not be satisfied. They promise good work life balance, but there is no life once you join here. They don't treat their employees as humans in Bangalore team. Please don't join in retail team here, the life will be ruined. My Statehead who is no more in the company was not liking me due to which he told lame reasons to higher authorities and higher authorities dint bother to listen to me and just told me to give resignation letter though o was liked by all my state team but just I was not liked by statehead the higher authorities listen to him and nowsee the statehead created a mess and left the job, where I was performing well from the entire team still no recognition was given instead I was told to give resignation, so I wonder how will the company grow if they are not concerend about wrong and right....Read More

Co. is operated like a "Headless Chicken". Their is no CEO in this co., due to which there is no specific goal or forecasting. Previous work experience of Country head and City heads is not from Car industry segment which makes it difficult for them to understand the industry. Only goal for them is to achieve Targets without giving any routemap. City heads shout on their employees in morning meetings calls (makes me feel at school :-)) As the organization is funded by Naspers the Senior leadership in corporate office is only interested in getting their salary. They have no clue of the politics and wrong decisions taken at operational level. While on job, front end employees get transferred to other branches without prior intimation....Read More
