City head who is now the zonal head thinks he is the owner of the company and misuses his power.Purely biased towards his people of interest.Demotivation and seniors having ego problem is a common factor in Mumbai office.All the associates,store managers,inspection engineers,etc slog to the extent with no personal life while the topmanagement enjoy WFH with zero work just timely msgs to show they are online and get paid 10times more.The company is excellent to work its just that the people on the top in mumbai office take undue advantage of ruining careers of people according to their will....Read More

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggeld a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hata and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
