Too many process not followed properly, being a mid sized company visibility is hard to come. Still finding foot in different market investing too much not creating enough value.

Nothing is good here. Company culture is worst , nobody works as a team, just blame game they are playing and leg pulling they do. The managers are worst, they just put pressure on their devs. Overall i would strongly suggest, don't join this company if you want mental peace on a longer run.
