Good Environment between colleagues and managers. I just want to add not a best place to work but not worst too as well. You can expect a neutral working environment here.

The management runs in a very dictatorship kind of way and there is too much politics and noise. The role is never clearly defined and it is difficult to see a career path here

The perks and incentives are good. Salary always credit on time.

Dislikes

Zero skill development. One get nothing to learn. Lot of politics in terms of promotion. Only the quality and training manager (Rajat shah) can decide the promotion. He mostly choose female for his team. Management is the worst thing there.
