They care about the staff , the MD is very good and humble with the employees has a great and clear vision and always focuses on staff development . Gives the freedom to experiment and takes care of our needs . The work culture is very healthy and we work like a family never feel that we are in a professional environment.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
