Your job is secured and could work with them till you decide to leave the job. Management was very good and supportive in all aspects. Policies are good but not enough which is been updated time to time. Overall its a good experience to work with them.

Dislikes

After locals took over most of the management and head office, supply chain jobs it's very difficult to communicate with them. No proper replies for queries to head office. Most of the time ended without getting the remedy or answer on time which has led to economical losses personally. The attitude of the head office employees should change till then it's difficult for the employees to survive.
