Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right

Terrible experience working in OLA they just focus on sell the Ev scooter, once you sell the vehicle they don't care about customer service or vehicle service.
