Before joining to OLA I read some article about it and I really feel bad about that company. But after spending 8 months at ola I can assure you that this company is worse company ever. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
