Before joining to OLA I read some article about it and I really feel bad about that company. But after spending 8 months at ola I can assure you that this company is worse company ever. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
