Hera they want 1 sale per dayand if that doesn't happen then they stay in the office till 10.00 pm at the night and take meetings at 10.00 pm.and take meetings senior management and also use foul language and harass mentally and threaten to fire them from the job the way of working here is very bad feel

OLA has a toxic work culture. Doesnt matter whether you are productive or not, you should hang around in the office till 11pm atleast. I worked for 2 yrs at OLA and my Region was the best in the country. I ensured that every member of my team reported at 9am and left by 6pm.
