All managers who are sitting in banglore are totally useless they hired to gives you 40-50% hike from your suitable work and suddenly you got call after 5-6 months from HR team Vijayanti margassary or Deepa pillai to put your resignation otherwise we will terminate you and you will not get any salary they will continue call you (I got 7-8 calls with in hour). There is no future no planning no proper structure to perform. Bhavish agrawal and top management team is totally stupid they always play with the emotions of employees not provide proper work culture. If you want to spoil your future then join ola. They suddenly shut down the business of ola cars and ola food and calling to employees for resign.
