Very bad management, lifetime no no increment and no official promotion in the company. They forced to all field employees to resign from basic salary and join them on daily wages work on duty offshore and onshore operations. We all have proof of that. They don't care about their employees so my suggestion dont join this company.

Okay, but just to get an entry into the oil and gas industry exposure you can get in rig site, but for that you're loosing too much of your health and hard earnings.

Company has been very much supportive to their crew during this pandemic, at first when lockdown was imposed most of us thought that company, company is not taking any interest in relieving their offshore crew as some of us were not knowing problems company was facing for crew change during lockdown period. After a cirten level there is no salery improvement and promotions.And I had worst experience as worked in rajamundary base.There even the canteen people laugh at us and tell our company is not even paying for tea 😂
