The consistent instability, brought about by frequent mergers, desertions, joint ventures, and agreements with other companies, has created an overly stressful environment without tangible benefits for our company's share prices. Stability is a rare commodity in current work landscape. Recent times have seen our employees grappling with the adverse effects of internal politics, intense competition, and the sacrifice of career progression. The consequence is a lack of innovation as our most promising talents are leaving for more supportive environments. There's a sincere hope that the situation will improve, and company can transition towards a more stable and nurturing culture. The scrutiny applied to international employees, often rendering them vulnerable and the first targets of layoffs, needs reconsideration. Internal competition within joint ventures and partner companies, often termed as 'co competition,' should give way to collaborative strategies that drive mutual success. working at slb is good, friendly ,they provide good training. during lockdown we were standby and good safety precaution taken by company.

when slb plan to sack you, they act very smart without intimating you they lock your official email and they will not give u more time to think before that u will be kicked out. I was sacked during lockdown.
