The Company gives you a lot of freedom to work independently. There is participative management culture. The company pays well at the junior level. One gets the opportunity to learn many facets of the trade as the Company operates in many sectors of the industry.

It's HR policies are terrible. There is hardly any organizational culture. Workplaces, quarters and guest houses are in shambles. There is hardly any difference in rewards of a performer and a non-performer. The company wants to grow generalists only rather than specialists. As a result it is highly dependant on overseas specialist. Training Division is the most primitive.

Expansion plan is very aggressive resulting in financial crunch, many a times. Yielding to parent companies/suppliers is high and at times overlooks the decision at the level of operating heads from the directors level. Nepotism is another area of concern.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
