Working culture is not good.also hr team behaviour is irogent.(hr behaviour change depending upon the person.more mentally pressure at shop floor because 02 nos supervisor have to handle 60 to 70 nos also proto setup and any machine issue have to solve.mantelly stress from manager. Compnay is good due to Italian.But the culture of compnay is same as the workshop as an indian typical Lala.But one can learn too many things from here.Its a compnay run by one man army.
