Toxic culture. Bad behavior to employee. No Good policy for employee. No job security. Anytime you to fired to your job. If you are come on duty 8:58 am security Guard not allow to entry you in company. He is close the door after 8:55 am.your duty out time is not consider if you out 6:00 pm. But duty start on 9:00am.That company treat like a dog.Canteen facility available for only company roll employee.If you are leave on yesterday and your are already Informed to your HOD. Next Day security guard you to not enter in company & stay on Gate. I feel so bad this rule.He is treat employee to like slave. My life's biggest mistake. I have join this company....Read More
