Good for freshers, but ther is no growth certain level, salry increament not getting for right person, work culture & policies are good.

Dislikes

Internal politics are available showing attitude on other states people, proper training will not provide, but job has to do,manpower shortage they will not recruit the person but everything will dump on existing people but salary will will not provide for the same.
