The company ensures individual growth as much as company-level growth. It's nice to see how the management encourages us to bring our best. Also, the hybrid option gives freedom to work at our convenience. I think this policy ensures better work output. And as far as the office is concerned, I love the ambience and it's good to work with a team that's supportive and competitive at the same time.

Dislikes

There's not much to share. I personally have an amazing team to work with.

Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. 1. They bought in Hybrid it according to me it just made good people leave nothing positive I would say according to me. 2. Limited exposure as leasing is not that much popular, loan capability Odessa has is far from any matured system only loan management you can do, loan origination has little features. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.

Dummy feedback system. Non-professional HRs. Very bad planning as an organization. Sometimes I felt like the vision is not very clear.
