They have too much of variety in all categories which brings you buy something. Quality is Okay according to the price.

I had work with many companies but Octave is worse. No job security no learning no product training no upcoming season training no productive talks and too much amount of politics. The peoples are very rude and unprofessional. Too much unnecessary metal pressure. And can say completely a Lala type of a company.

Worked straight shifts like 10am to 9pm. 30 mins of lunch break only. Can’t go out from the store for any of your personal work not even for a while. Cameras are always watching you like you are working in a Jail.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
