When they recruiting they promises a lot to staff & after joining they did not fulfil their promises like till 6 months they did not provide offer letter, salary slips, ESI cards etc. One thing more thing more they did not provide Provident fund faculty to staff.

Poorest Management even met. Suggested not to work with with Octave Apparels Pvt Ltd less salary for a manager load of work and that also for 12 hours of duty. Very bad experience ever.. i have wasted my 1 year 6 months time in Octave Apparels..

Poor management with no work experience paying 16000 to store manager for 12 hours and load of headache there is trueme app for attendance attached to system and phone which gives notification during all your 12 hours of duty timing whole day.. you can't attend customer. If you miss you attendance your money will be deducted from your salary.. being store Manager there is load of work..

Emergency leave is not available, If someone's health worsens, he deducts from the salary, while the boy in front works very hard for the store, someone for him not insensitive

Everything, u have designation of the ASM but u have not the power in your hand of the equal salesman. No senior will pick your phone. Head office team behavior is like they are owner not employee. Lot of pendancy in work. No job security.

Bosses are very nice.you will got every knowledge if you are in octave .and you will get salary on right time only.

Increment is very less. And no pf no insurance nothing is there.and surrounded by unprofessional people .HR policies are like a factory they are running.cheap mentality people
