The organization culture is very poor. The HR persons are the puppets of the management. They will back stab you once you resign from the last organisation. Before a week of your joining they will send you a mail stating that they cant honor the offer given to you without any reason and they will renegotiate with you situation and offer you a much lower salary than your last drawn compensation. The organization does lots of wrong things in there business due to this they have lost lots of good clients. The CEO is a fraud, do not buy his words during the interview.
