The basis of ocean lifespaces is that, to survive one will have to brown nose the manager constantly. The Accounts team is terrible. I have seen them to be most insecure people in the planet. The Knowledge Transfer never exactly happens. Without Internal Auditor team they cannot even process a payment. Managers never want you to learn hence they would protect their job. Log in by 9 am and log out 10 pm and still people would stare at you. Accounts Dy Manager doesn't even know to group the ledgers properly. Terrible work culture. Management is futile. Doesn't give work from home even during pandemic time. If we still insist, half the salary would be deducted. Team doesn't know to even file a gstr. Dislikes

Team is nothing short of terrible. The team existed without a Finance Manager. Such is the quality of work. Appraisal for my colleague was Rs. 550/- ( he was working there for 4 years). Alot of politics. if you know the MD personally no matter how bad you perform, you can still survive. Managers wouldn't know how to make payable report and outstanding, such is the quality of team there.
