Disaster experience. I've worked with Occura Eye care for 1 year & I've seen all. I've never received any work related to my field, there is no weekoff, even we have worked on Sunday. They will tell when to come, when to leave, when to eat. Even they are changing the desk every month. They make fake promises like every 6 months promotions & increment.

The only good thing here is the infrastructure and polite staff. Otherwise it's the worst place to work.The management team is rude, unempathetic, uncultured and they treat employees as if they own them.They intentionally use vindictive tactics and psychological manipulation to keep their control and upper hand on employees and get their work done and this creates a toxic,stressful work culture beyond a point that it also affects employees' mental and physical health. The ones who don't align with them are targetted and harassed....Read More

It's not at all a recommendable place to work, especially for the female staff as it is run by a management team that has a patriarchal mindset.They dont treat the females with dignity and objectify them,taunt them,yell at them,spy on them constantly.They don't let employees to team up,interact or give sufficient break time.They don't pay for overtime and extra,they possess a negative approach for each work,zero guidance and support for work.Simply,this place is full of mental torture and exploitation of employees.
