This is a cool place to work. Flexible timings and freedom to have tea coffee whenever we need for n number of times. Positive vibes. Music for employees as well. Very knowledgeable seniors with good exposure. They speak straight sometimes, but i believe they want me to correct. They try to work on your skills unlike other organisations who only want to get things done. They helped me to pursue masters and also helped me financially silently on personal level. Third Class for the employee, even the managment decide when to eat and with whom to you have eat. It is not the hospital, it is the exhibition center.

Dislikes

People in the top managment is the fake, and even dont have the manner. to talk with female, they spy on you, they will taunt you, even they will eat your food, salary they will give very late, so that no one can leave them, all working on the holiday days, not a professional center to work.

Disaster experience. I've worked with Occura Eye care for 1 year & I've seen all. I've never received any work related to my field, there is no weekoff, even we have worked on Sunday. They will tell when to come, when to leave, when to eat. Even they are changing the desk every month. They make fake promises like every 6 months promotions & increment.
