Worst Management ( Director, Manager, Heads all ) some are keeping their chair safe rather than saving employee strength. Targets - Which even their management can't fulfill if they work on it. Worst Director and Managers. As I mentioned above don't choose this company. NEVER EVER WORK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK FOR OBLIGE IT.

Work culture is not good, No job security. Non-Professional staff and management team, no respect to employees, all they need is a target nothing to learn absolutely nothing. NO CAREER GROWTH, No mentors, no corporate culture, no proper employee guidance. Freshers or experienced please give a second thought before joining here. Please skip this organization.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
