I don't like anything during my work tenure in oberoi grand Kolkata.

Dislikes

The team mates weren't that much reliable to work. Nothing was there for training. No job security was mentioned during my work tenure. Career growth was slow and for no hope.salary was declining month by month due to increment in p.f. appraisal was horrible never judged by the performa nce. Politics was very much and full of partiality.work environment was not healthy.
