No 1 s supporting ...& By the way they have removed so many staffs before jet airways was shut down .. they have already made our clearance certificate without telling us .. disgusting but no one either tried to ask the Main HR manager ...cz they all r linoed together ..my work experience I got is ok...but although as a flight catering supervisor u have to make whole flight ready by urself ...& No staffs r given for help too ..until u r doing a international flights such as ...Canada ,BA , etc but not in jet airways at all ...agin it was discrimination between the flights. If they had to remove us only during their loss .. at least could have helped by giving us some other job requirements or offers in some other company by referring, but nthng ! Once in a year ur salary gets updated like by 1000 RS ..that too if the manager approves ...or else ur salary will be same ... Have to speak up more but no use ... Thank you....Read More

honestly Speaking OFS is a dream destination for many people I say, it was my first official Job, I join them when I was 19, and since my first day, all my senior an management staff were all very helpful, After 2years of working I got my 1st promotion, and the other banifits of working in a flight kitchen were their as well, Overall it was a quite Fascinating experience.

Dislikes

It's not exactly I hate it, but sometimes workload is irritating, but although it was a flight kitchen so it's normal for them to adapt that kinda of environment.
