1.Great salary and appraisals, would say best in the market. 2.Leave management and encashment policies are very good.

Dislikes

1.Very bad work culture 2.Very high workload 3.Unrealsitic expectations 4.Very low/No analytical/biology support for chemist. 5.Working hours are 9.5/Day 6.1hr 30 minutes daily travelling (round way) from residence to work 7.Bhiwadi is very bad place to live. 8.Admin/hr thinks they own company, very rude behaviour and no support in any matter.

There is no fixed KRA for any level of employee. Employees are treated as labour and there is huge lack of confidence in employees. As a Company secretary the Management forced me to implement the policies and compliance rules without any sensible idea.
