Nothing. This company does not fall under any IT company standards. The company environment is horrible and very unprofessional. Mostly the MD/CEO Mr. Pradipta Mohanty is not a well behaved/mannered person. You can't be in his cabin or in the meetings when he shows unethical behavior to his team/employees. As a well wisher, I wish he would improve himself by going through multiple management and leadership programs which will help him in future. If you have little bright outlook, please take this feedback positively and please work on yourself to grow. All the best. NOTE: All the positive review comments about Oasys Tech Solution are fake.
