Nothing. This company does not fall under any IT company standards. The company environment is horrible and very unprofessional. Mostly the MD/CEO Mr. Pradipta Mohanty is not a well behaved/mannered person. You can't be in his cabin or in the meetings when he shows unethical behavior to his team/employees. As a well wisher, I wish he would improve himself by going through multiple management and leadership programs which will help him in future. If you have little bright outlook, please take this feedback positively and please work on yourself to grow. All the best. NOTE: All the positive review comments about Oasys Tech Solution are fake. Working at OASYS Tech Solutions has been one of the worst experiences of my professional life. Let me tell you why: 1. Toxic Management: The leadership team lacks basic managerial skills & thrives on favoritism, micromanagement & public humiliation of employees. Constructive feedback or support? Forgot about it. 2. No Work-Life Balance: The company expects employees to work long hours, weekends & even holidays without any acknowledgment or compensation. Burnout is the norm here, not the exception. 3. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Promotions are based on office politics rather than performance or merit. They make false promises during hiring & reviews. 4. Horrible Communication: Policies change without notice & one man who ruins the entire office is one & only Mr. MD (PKM). 5. No Employee Recognition: Hard work goes unappreciated. 6. HR Policies: HR has no idea about the policy & all as they are the pet of MD. They pass the message whatever MD tells them. One HR is sitting in front of MD Cabin for the entire day without doing anything other than backfeeding & misguiding. 7. Salary: They give you nothing & if you ever demand for the same Mr. MD behaves in such a way that you feel yourself as a slave. Bottom Line: This company is a textbook example of how not to treat employees. The turnover rate is sky-high & it's easy to see why.
