Good work environment and culture. The management is very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike . They are give us full freedom for skill development.

Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
