Compensation is decent , but growth is slow and salary is not increasing

Work Details

Generally speaking my Work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire IT-Dept day to day yield operation . All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes its ok.As long i get to work closely with the dept,it will be great learning.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
