If there is a definition of BAD WORK CULTURE this is it. Oaknorth stands for micro management, worst management, and to top it all leadership is most pathetic including both the FOUNDERS

Dislikes

Everything about this company is bad. Culture is bad, micro management at the highest level, job insecurity and even bad infrastructure. Cannot be worse!

Nothing to like about the company and leadership is terrible. Only that they will pay you well but thats the end to it.

Dislikes

"Work life balance" this word doesn't exist in their dictionary. Toxic work culture. Managers in bangalore are more interested in what time you log in and log out rather than what work you do. Have ZERO clients. No future here. Reports written hastily by credit analysts are presented to prospective clients saying they are made using AI/Artificial Intelligence.
