The culture was good initially and but as the team grew they lost it.

Dislikes

It was a great environment until some folks decided to make other people less important and not valued in some ways. The US counter part pressurised the Indian team to be just executor without understanding the ideology that might work with Indian and there was a clear bias and favouritism towards the US team.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The CS department is the worst one to be in with no learning and growth. Also the managers and leadership is not good at all. If you are in any other department then it is a good opportunity and can be considered.

Dislikes

There is a lot of department politics and especially within CS department which is the worst department to be in. Dont do into CS department if you are getting any other role or department then do consider it.
