This company is a fraud. They don't pay you for your overwork and also when you resign they don't pay you on your notice period also they don't give you PF amount. Also they interfere in your personal issues. The management is worst. The company is having really worst clients base. If anyone is thinking to start their career here then I would recommend A big NO! Because the managers here are very judgy, they just keep assuming things and blame you for no reason, even if you are right and you want to point out the things that are not right, they will just shout at you like an animal. They don't know how to run a company moreover I was facing alot of mental stress here. Even when you are on notice period, Their behavior is gonna change and they will treat you like an outsider, the mangers are so worse that they compell other co-workers to not to talk with the person who is serving notice period. Moreover the company is not having an idea of KYC of PF. The managers play dirty politics between their co-workers and teams. In short, if you want to ruin your mental health, want to have alot of stress on your mind and want to work without pay then you can join this company.
