The company staff is good, company work environment is also good. There is good job security. HR behavior is good.

Dislikes

missing Middle management and uppar management is very bad. In middle management, lot of people working but dont have knowledge properly. Communication from management is very less. Canteen facility at pipavav not good. May be at other sites it will be good. Work life balance is fair not at good level, salary appriasal system is bad, skill development and learning is very bad, no any training and skill developennt program provides from company....Read More
