People are good at personal space and good to work untill a point.

Dislikes

Asks for improvements doesn't even consider for a discussion and sometimes ends up at a point nothing is going wrong on behalf of the management. They just try to convince forcibly everything is perfect.

Sallary credited on time working time is flexible.

The work pressure is very high, the work is target based, if the target is not achieved in any month then the manager asks me to resign from the company without giving any notice. So the job security is not even 1% and my manager told me to sell 2 or else I will have to return whatever salary the company has given me. The entire credit for this goes to my manager Mr. Mohit Kumar jha.

That, I can work from home itself,it is an advantage and by doing work here i m going to learn many things which is very good,and ofcourse it's a big company and trustable too, it is generating employment and helping many people to work,so i m definitely waiting for the interview and other process and to start the work as early as possible.

Permanent work from Home Salary fixed

I am working here for past 1.5 years. No hike no increment. 3 times I requested my manager for increment..he didn't give proper answer. Salary is low. Incentive structure changed. No growth. Now the management asking seat reservation only. How can pay government school students high fees like 3 lakhs Sales pressure for pre-sales team also Scold from management

No culture. WFH only, so no proper timing for the job. Only sales is the motive and if sales is not done, you are not eligible for anything. No proper recognition for hardworking people. they will treat you like labours, you have to do whatever they say and they will even ask why you're doing like this.
