Actually Nothing. SCM function is the most thankless function/department in Nxtra. Every other team’s failure or incompetence is also SCM team’s failure and incompetence…That’s the message given to the whole SCM team Superlative degree of micro management is the norm for the current SCM head…. His lack of vision, acumen and spine totake firm decisions or voice concerns actually results in nightmare for his juniors aka team members.
