Actually Nothing. SCM function is the most thankless function/department in Nxtra. Every other team’s failure or incompetence is also SCM team’s failure and incompetence…That’s the message given to the whole SCM team Superlative degree of micro management is the norm for the current SCM head…. His lack of vision, acumen and spine totake firm decisions or voice concerns actually results in nightmare for his juniors aka team members. He asks for strategy from his juniors and then in a microsecond negates their strategy in a demeaning manner. All in all a complex personality with superiority complex....Read More

Mentioned in my likes section. Also, here any SCM guy will end up honing typing skills only as you will never be advised to visit Vendor’s works for any proto testing or zero based costing! In fact you will end up imparting your previous knowledge to others! Hence, it is a waste of time and degradation of skill set for any SCM professional to join Nxtra SCM team! One important message! Nxtra is the most neglected Airtel B2B SBU wherein even internal ambiguity is encouraged in order to maintain chaos and instability for the newcomers!
