@ GOOD Korean suport. @ Koreans treating good, we can learn from them @ In Korean company we learn lot @ good place for learning (but no one say subject, even if anyone say something knowledge manager cannot support) @ Company Having good technology for learning (But that technology no one share becouse no body don't know) @ good team work ( If they think good team work next min they split team and spoil team spirit) @ Manager feels and treat like son (not all in team, if he getting something from anyone then only) @ Manager give full axis to employees ( take permission to him even for do small work, if do with out permission next day targetting)...Read More

@ If u want to learn your own means only join, becouse no one share knowledge. @ I don't know company policies @ worst thinking and worst managing @ managers thinking there growth only not for bottom levels if u put bucket 🪣 then u get A. @ don't take permanent action even don't they think, because top level doesn't know anything.@ I think I am not seen even one time top level share something. @ if anyone apply thare creative, manager asking "Y" I don't know why. @ team decition not required. @ simple blame @ engineers not having full powers compare to CLs. @ manager ask another department CLs about their own team members work he doesn't know their team members strength. @ no manager skills. @ if they have work means they ask polit other wise lay-off. @ No standards. @ shift timings horrible. @ Increment not more than 2k @ if u ask our rights then u r targetted @ even our team also not support becouse he appointed Spys....Read More
