Dislikes

High risk of job, hostile work environment, management don't respect HR policies. Lot of relatives intervention in HR related matters.

Unsafe, no work life balance. Management wants employees to pick phone on three rings. You get calls in holidays and leaves. Unnecessary due pressure.
