The work pressure is somewhat high only because of the workers union but its manageable.Sometimes times need to work 12-14hours depending upon the work situation & its importance. Little bit politics will always be there at every work place but Nuvoco is really the best company.Some times needs to work on sunday's and can take off on any other next days.No pain, no gain...Thank you.
