Overall I dont like much but yes in terms of dashboard, software from which nutritionist handle clients is good. Some seniors are also supportive. Dislikes

It was good exposure and learning based environment as team leaders and quality managers support you. But in terms of job security , employees can be thrown out anytime from the company as per there convinience. Without giving a chance to speak they terminate you as it give them benefit. They say they will give you reference incentive but its not true. Also there is a lot of work pressure on employees. They dont trust there own employees for there leads and client details but in other organisation its not like that. Work Details

Overall experience was not good.I expected a lot from my first job but they have given me a unforgettable experience that I dont want to remember.They dont give job security,They kick you out when they want. Less incentive and salary.No Trust on employees

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
