The only thing I like about the organisation is I am getting to handle clients which improves experience in client handling.

Dislikes

No salary is given on time. They hold one month salary. They do not have a good technologies management. Without giving any prior notice they changed my role from a fixed job to a freelancer. Also this company do not provide employment, they make you sign a contract which indicates you are their service partner which is very fishy. No support form the management. They don't even have a proper plan how to proceed and improve the revenue. They tell you it's freelancing job but will expect that you work entire day just to earn 5-10k. Avoid this place if you want to protect and proceed in your career. My only advice to the company will be to treat nutritionist as employees as they are core part of organisation.

...pportive. Experience to learn based on ayurvedic and blood group diets are good. But in terms of job security , trust on employees, salary and incentive its not good.

It was good exposure and learning based environment as team leaders and quality managers support you. But in terms of job security , employees can be thrown out anytime from the company as per there convinience. Without giving a chance to speak they terminate you as it give them benefit. They say they will give you reference incentive but its not true. Also there is a lot of work pressure on employees. They dont trust there own employees for there leads and client details but in other organisation its not like that. In this paendemic we are working from home and other companies are supporting us in managing our work but in nutriwel health they dont support you and trust you.

Cimapny has been finished when they hire a charted accountan they took the wrong decision making and all the fund has been disolved now they are about to chasing for new investment so that they can do the new practical with new business model

The company had some seniors and good learning for beginners. Great work life balance and good learnings .

Very old ways of doing things. HR team doesn’t exist in this company. The company culture has become bad over time.

No proper coordination between hr and selected candidates( as employees) You ask them again and again with the further process after getting selected and they keep on waiting and don't even pick your calls and don't even revert back. Candidates keep mum just because opportunity is good but these guys misunderstand with our silence. So nothing to like about this company.
